3008-LDW – “Whyatt” Light Faded Wash Denim Chambray Shirt
In architecture, there is something called the International style, which is unfortunately one devoid of indigenous character. Square boxed garments you see everywhere, but that belongs nowhere. As we purvey Gilded Age cloths internationally, we’ve decided there’ll be no Bauhaus in our house when it comes to shirts! We design worldly cloths that celebrate the characteristics and fine sartorial detailing that we discover close to home. These are shirts worn by people who recognize character- because they have it!!!
100% cotton soft 6.9 oz indigo denim chambray fabric. Light, faded enzyme bleached wash, with hand sanding for the authentic wear and vintage patina. Soft handfeel slubby denim chambray. Signature Gilded Age two chest western style double pockets stitched with metal round shape 4 hole buttons. Left chest pocket setting has an additional pen/pencil entries. The shirt is constructed with reinforced thick cooper painted metal signature buttons, contrast fabric touches on inside cuffs, placket, and yoke. Inside neck GA signature burgundy herringbone tape reinforcement. Contrast burgundy color thread inside side gussets reinforcement, inside placket, bartacks, back elbow and cuffs reinforcements. 14 stitches per inch on all seams. Well made denim shirt. Classic Gilded Age fit.
